I've officially decided that grade eight is the best grade/year of school ever!!! First of all, it's your last year before high school (although some DOWNERS think that it's so sad because it's your last year with your friends, however that is in many ways FALSE!!) Second, I have one of the only teachers who consistantley leaves the class room to talk to the principal. The plus side to this, you may ask? I get to make oafish noises with my friends with out him hearing :P

Our band is actually doing really well, despite the occasional squeak here and there, and the outrageous laughter from.. who knows what. But that's besides the fact, I need some help with picking a song for our spring concert. I'm leaning towards the Harry Potter theme, because I think it's the only song that makes you wish you knew people with talking pets and teachers with stragelly pubes as beards. Actually, I really don't wish I had the second one, it would just be fricken hilarious.

ANOTHER THING: every time I log into blogger, my dad's/family e-mail is typed in. Since my recent (and stupid) mistake to tell my dad that I had an account (he actually kind of forced it out of me) I've feared that he may have got one too. I hope he doesn't find my blog, because I have a feeling it would be awkward if he read about my opinions on school and teachers and Harry Potter.

And I've decided that I'm not going to congratualate the Canadian Olympic athletes anymore, becaue they're winning to many medals for me to mention every time I blog. So, for the last time, CANADA RULES!!!

Tomorrow some electives from my class are presenting speeches at this retirement home near where I live. (I'm one of the readers) It's also dress down day, so our teacher put these rules on wearing appropriate clothing (in which we will deffinetly not abide by) so I'm thinking of what I should wear. Any help?
