Okay, so after our dissapointing loss saturday (3-1) in playoffs, we needed a win or a tie today to have 1 more game on tuesday. (It's a best out of 3 series) Today, we tied 2-2. It was an awesome game, but unfortunatley, we could have won. We were up 2-0 until they scored 2 goals. Now we MUST win tuesday to advance.
On top of that, I haven't been feeling well the last couple of days. I have a cough, and it's not a sissy lame one, it's a cough-out-your-lungs-and-other-important-organs cough. Our coach told us to stay home from school the next TWO days if we were sick. I like the way she thinks :) Which us why I'm staying home from school tomorrow. My parents gave me the OK, because my marks are good and because my teacher won't be there tomorrow. He's the coach of the intermediate boys basketball team, and their tournament is tomorrow. My tourni is on tuesday, so I can't really skip then.
The worst part is that my tourni is the same day as my game! So I'm going to be so tired for the game, but that's not always the case. Last year, I went to an extremely hard hockey camp (where we did fitness till you couldn't feel your legs, and hockey 4 hours a day) and that night I had a soccer game. It turned out I played amazing!
I just finished the most amazing homemade quasidilla (dunno how to spell that) EVA and am currently glances sideways from my computer to catch bits of the super bowl game. GO COLTS!
Oh yeah, that reminds me. If I'm not going to be at school monday or tuesday, I'll have to wait until wednesday to do my science test! By now, giving me a few extra days isn't going to make a difference on my test score compared to others, but some seem to think so.
well, I don't really want to miss the super bowl game, so I'm gonna go, I'll put a post up (if I can) this week about the stuff that's going on
