On a second note, HOCKEY is not a weird name for a sport, ahhhhemm simi. And, who the hell named a sport skeleton? Luge? Is my point getting across? Insult Canada's game, and you're going to pay. HOCKEY RULES :P
Today was sooo funny. Okay, so first, I went to the eaton centre with my friend alex, after I woke up at 10 and read for an hour. I didn't have much money (17 dollars to be exact) and my friend had to cash a cheque in to spend her money. Since the stupid machine wouldn't accept her transaction, and because of family day the banks were closed, she didn't have nay money to spend. So we spent the whole ay browing through stores. Currently, Urban Outefitters is my fave. But it's super expensive, so, yeah.
So, we came back to my neighbour hood and ate at... MCDONALD'S! Because we are all athletic and into healthy eating, we splurged on a double cheeseburger and a double quarter pounder with cheese. YUM. That sounded really ironic, what I mean is: because we ALWAYS eat healthy we decided to eat unhealthy for once. Do you ever wonder why McDonald's has a bunch of athletes in their commercials? Like, I'm totally sure Alex Bilodeau, an olympian eats at miccy d's all the time. Like, when I'm looking for a good, hearty and wholesome meal, I look no further than McDonald's. The 560 calories in each burger and 2 pounds of grease only adds to the fat and sodium damn being built in my arteries. Yay McDonald's!
Just about 30 minutes ago I was skating and playing shinny with my other friend. I spent about an hour trying to teach her how to do a backwards cross over.
Now I'm sitting at home watching the Olympics while being side-tracked with my blogging. I think I have finally come over the movie Paranormal Activity although it gave me quite a scare. Then again, I've always been the type to take over-embelished hollywood movies seriously. "Tina, I actually love you, even though this entire movie I've pretended not to and avoided you to build the suspense of really telling you that I love you." her: "Faggot." Me? "I can't believe I spent 12 dollars to see THIS."
OMG I just realized something... my grad trip is coming up soon! We are planning to stay one night in Ottawa and then two nights in Montreal. It's going to be soooo much fun. I CANNOT WAIT!
My hands are really cold from shinny, and therefore my typing skills suck. I keep missing the space bar :(
WELL, I'm going to go, Canada's staring to cream the suiss in ice hockey and I want to see it this time!
